Please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions for the STYLE YOUR ADVENTURE Competition (“the Competition”) with Hi-Tec and Africamps. Your participation and entry imply your agreement to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. By entering the Competition, Participants agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
   a. The decision of the Promoters in any dispute shall be final and binding with no further correspondence entered into thereafter.

• Ineligibility:
• Employees, directors, members, partners, agents, consultants, or individuals directly or indirectly associated with the Promoters, as well as immediate family members of such persons (“Disqualified Persons”), are ineligible to participate.
• Companies are not eligible to participate in this Competition.
• Competition Period:
• The Competition commences on December, 03 2024, and concludes on January 02, 2025.
• Winners will be selected by a panel of judges and random selector on January 15, 2025.
• The Competition Period may be extended or shortened at the discretion of the Promoters.
• Entry Procedure, Selection of Winners, and Prize Claiming:
• To enter, Participants must take a pictureat the photobooth in a Hi-Tec store, tag @hi-tec_sa and @africamps_sa on Instagram. Valid uploads must be shown to the store staff to receive discounts and enter competition.
• All tagged entries will be captured by the Promoter’s community manager within 24 hours.
• Entry does not guarantee winning.
• Multiple entries are not permitted, one entry per person
• Participants with valid entries stand a chance to win a Africamps getaway worth R6850 and a Hi-Tec voucher to the value of R2500
• Winners will be notified via Instagram direct messages.
• Winners must respond within 48 hours, failing which their claim to the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be chosen through the same process.
• Winners must email the Promoter all verification documents as outlined in the direct message upon notification.
• The Promoter will verify documents and communicate the next steps to The Winner within 24 hours.
• The Promoter will obtain the winner’s permission before sharing their personal information in the announcement post.
• Participants are eligible for one prize only in this Competition.
• The Promoter assumes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, illegible, late, or altered entries.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all provided information.
• No substitution or exchange of the Prize is permitted.
• The Prize will only be handed over if all winner-provided details are correct.
• If the draw cannot take place as scheduled, the Promoter will attempt to conduct it within a reasonable timeframe.
• The Promoter may publish the winner’s name and photographs in various promotional materials with the winner’s consent.
• Upon prize handover, Competition results become final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

• Winners acknowledge that the Promoter may use their names and likenesses for promotional purposes.
• Prize includes 2 nights’s stay at any one of 18 AfriCamps locations across South Africa which is valid for 1 tent which sleeps up to 5 guests

• Prize expires: 11 December 2025
• General:
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as needed, with immediate effect.
• Amendments may include changes to any aspect of the Competition or the Prize.
• Adjustments may be made during the Competition period, potentially affecting its duration.
• Participants are responsible for regularly reviewing the Competition’s Terms and Conditions.
• Any adjustments become effective immediately upon publication by the Promoter.
• Participants waive any recourse or claim against the Promoter due to Terms and Conditions adjustments or Competition termination.
• The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or terminate the Competition under certain conditions, with notice to all Participants if no winner has been declared.
• Winners use the Prize at their own risk, absolving the Promoter of liability.
• Participants and Winners indemnify the Promoter against any claims arising from participation in the Competition.
• The Promoter assumes no liability for late Prize delivery beyond its control.
• All provisions must comply with the Consumer Protection Act to the extent necessary.
