All E-commerce orders will now be express shipped (3-7 business days), We are delighted to be able to offer this service to our customers. All orders over R1000 will be delivered free of charge and all orders under R1000 will incur a R79 delivery fee. Delivery length may be subject to change if you are outside the predefined area. Kindly note our warehouse is operational from: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm and orders will only be dispatched between these times. Kindly note that our warehouse does not process any orders over the weekend.

Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been dispatched. To find out if your order has been dispatched, please contact Customer Care immediately with your sales order number.

In order to process your order and get it to you as quickly as possible, we are unable to change the delivery address once your order has been processed. Please contact us immediately should you have any further questions.

Your order details will be communicated to you via email and sms. A tracking link and order tracking number will be contained in the sms.

Hi-Tec is able to process both Visa and Mastercard, local, foreign credit and debit cards. We also accept Instant EFT’s, Ozow, Zapper, Payfast, PayJustNow, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Payflex payments. There are 16 payment methods to choose from.

Discount codes should be entered on the basket page once eligible products have been added. Discounts are not available in conjunction with any other offer unless clearly stated. Discount codes cannot be used against sale items unless clearly stated. Where an expiry date is not stated, the expiry date is 31 days from date of issue. Discount codes distributed by Hi-Tec are eligible for South African residents only and orders cannot be cross border. If you suspect a manufacturing defect and purchased your goods from a website or retail store other than www.hi-tec.co.za please return the suspected faulty item to the retailer you made your purchase from. Should you have any further problems, please contact our Customer Care Team.
