Place a blank piece of paper on a hard, flat floor. Stand on the paper with your heel lightly touching a wall or a book placed flush against the wall.

Holding a pencil straight up and down, trace the outline of your entire foot. Ensure the pencil is held snug against your foot as you trace.
Measure
Measure
Step off the paper. Use a tape measure or ruler to measure the length from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe. Then, measure the width across the widest part of your foot.

Repeat the process for your other foot, as they can be different sizes. Use the larger of the two measurements and compare it to a brand's specific size chart to find your perfect fit.
