Review of the Hi-Tec Flash Trail Shoe

As an avid trail runner with an absolute fool for challenging terrains, I recently put the Hi-Tec Flash Train shoe to the test here in The Valley in PE, and it certainly lived up to its promises. Featuring a deep lug rubber outsole, this shoe excels in providing superior grip on both uphill and downhill tracks, making it an excellent choice for off-road Saturday Slow Runs.

One of the standout features of the Hi-Tec Flash Train is its comfort. With a soft mesh lining, a padded collar, and tongue, the shoe is designed for high mileage wear. Even on my first run, a demanding 15km trail in wet and muddy conditions, the shoes performed exceptionally well. They drained easily, and I experienced no squishing or discomfort while running after they got wet. The tri-fit lacing system ensured a secure fit throughout, and the removable innersole provided an extra layer of cushioning that I appreciated.

Durability and breathability are also top-notch, thanks to the high-performance mesh upper. Despite having big feet, I found these shoes to be incredibly lightweight, which significantly reduced fatigue during my run. The excellent rebound and cushioning further enhanced the overall running experience, making each step feel responsive and well-supported.

For anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and high-performing trail running shoe, the Hi-Tec Flash Train is a fantastic choice. More information about Hi-Tec and their range of products can be found at hi-tec.co.za.

Overall, the Hi-Tec Flash Train shoe is a solid investment for trail runners seeking a blend of comfort, durability, and performance.
