Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been dispatched. To find out if your order has been dispatched, please contact Customer Care immediately with your sales order number.
Can I change the delivery address once my order has been submitted?
In order to process your order and get it to you as quickly as possible, we are unable to change the delivery address once your order has been processed. Please contact us immediately should you have any further questions.
How do I know when my order has been dispatched and how can I track it?
Your order details will be communicated to you via email and sms. A tracking link and order tracking number will be contained in the sms.
What types of payment methods do we accept?
Hi-Tec is able to process both Visa and Mastercard, local, foreign credit and debit cards. We also accept Instant EFT’s, Ozow, Zapper, Payfast, PayJustNow, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Payflex payments. There are 16 payment methods to choose from.
What are our Terms and Conditions for using a discount code?
Discount codes should be entered on the basket page once eligible products have been added. Discounts are not available in conjunction with any other offer unless clearly stated. Discount codes cannot be used against sale items unless clearly stated. Where an expiry date is not stated, the expiry date is 31 days from date of issue. Discount codes distributed by Hi-Tec are eligible for South African residents only and orders cannot be cross border.
